Dean Krogstad has announced his appointment as VP of North America Manufacturing Operations at Aristocrat, taking on an expanded leadership role after more than 14 years with the company.

Sharing the news on LinkedIn, Krogstad described the promotion as the next chapter in his career and thanked colleagues across the business for their support, saying he was grateful to work alongside "an incredible team every day."

Krogstad joined Aristocrat in 2012 as Master Scheduler and has since progressed through a series of operational leadership positions spanning manufacturing, distribution, field service and supply chain management.

Most recently, he served as Senior Director of Operations, where he oversaw manufacturing operations, parts distribution, EPROM and technical fulfilment across multiple markets.

Throughout his time with the supplier, Krogstad has focused on improving operational efficiency, supporting large-scale manufacturing and distribution programmes, and leading cross-functional teams responsible for delivering gaming hardware and software solutions.

His experience also includes responsibility for field service operations across multiple US states and managing logistics, inventory and production planning functions.

Additionally, he has worked closely with senior leadership on initiatives aimed at improving cost management, customer service and operational performance.

The appointment follows a busy period for Aristocrat. In May, the company reported H1 2026 revenue of just over AUD$3bn ($2.1bn), with North American revenue increasing 9.7% year-on-year despite a slight decline in overall group revenue.

More recently, Aristocrat also saw Government Relations executive Harper Stephens depart for Rush Street Interactive, while earlier this year the supplier strengthened its technology capabilities through the acquisition of Gaming Analytics, adding AI-powered optimisation tools and analytics expertise to its portfolio.
