Leon Brimm has been formally made the Director of Casino Operations at Rolling Hills Casino and Resort after serving in an interim capacity since April 2026.
He first joined Rolling Hills Casino and Resort in August 2025 as Assistant Director of Casino Operations, where he would oversee all day-to-day work, staffing and schedule needs, repairs and optimization at the property.
Prior to this, Brimm worked as a Slot Performance Manager across Hard Rock International, Cactus Petes Resort Casino and Bally’s Lake Tahoe for several years.
Before joining the industry, Brimm was a 19D Cavalry Scout with the US Army, where he would conduct reconnaissance operations from mounted patrols.
He was also the Non-Profit Manager for Veterans of Foreign Wars for over seven years, ensuring the social club complied with all regulations.
Brimm is also currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Finance, focusing on advanced concepts in Corporate Finance, from the Harvard Extension School.
He began this venture last year and is expected to graduate in 2027.
Rolling Hills Casino and Resort is located by the I-5 exit in California and is home to 800 slots and dozens of table games.
The property offers a golf course, called The Links, which is partnered with Youth on Course to make the sport more accessible to young people.
There is also an Equestrian Center on site that seats 1,000 people comfortably with both indoor and outdoor arenas.
