Cache Creek Casino Resort in northern California has appointed Beau Gonzales as the property’s new Director of Slot Operations and confirmed his leadership will play an “integral part in shaping the future of our gaming operations.”

“Bringing more than 25 years of executive leadership in the gaming industry, Beau offers a wealth of expertise across slot operations, table games, marketing, strategic planning, business analytics and operational excellence,” Cache Creek Casino Resort said. 

“Throughout his distinguished career, he has built a reputation for elevating performance, inspiring high-performing teams and creating exceptional guest experiences through visionary, people-first leadership. We are excited about the expertise, vision and leadership he brings, and we look forward to the impact he will have on our team and our guests.”

Prior to joining Cache Creek Casino Resort, Gonzales served as Director of Gaming Operations at Gold Country Casino Resort for nearly three years. 

He spent most of his career in gaming with Colusa Casino Resort, working his way from Poker Room Manager to Assistant General Manager over an 18-year tenure. With Colusa, Gonzales also held the Director of Table Games and Marketing Director positions. 

In Las Vegas, Red Rock Resorts appointed J. Colby Williams as its new EVP and General Counsel on June 12, succeeding Jeffrey Welch who will remain with the operator through the conclusion of 2026 to provide transition support and other services.

Williams is expected to join Red Rock Resorts on or around September 8, 2026 and will oversee and execute the operator's legal, regulatory and compliance matters.

Welch has served as Red Rock Resorts’ EVP and Chief Legal Officer since June 2017 and previously served on the Board of Directors of Station Holdco LLC from 2013 to 2016.
