The approval expands Paradise Entertainment's footprint across regulated gaming jurisdictions
The company has also strengthened its board with the appointment of a new independent Non-Executive Director

Paradise Entertainment has achieved another regulatory milestone after its subsidiary, LT Smart (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., received Approved Manufacturer status from the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Singapore, further expanding the group's presence in one of Asia's most tightly regulated gaming markets.

The approval, which took effect on June 25, allows LT Smart (Singapore) to operate as an approved manufacturer under Singapore's regulatory framework. Paradise Entertainment said the recognition strengthens its credibility with regulators, business partners and investors while creating new opportunities for regional growth.

With Singapore joining the company's portfolio of regulated jurisdictions, the group believes it is better positioned to expand collaborations, introduce new gaming technologies and reinforce its presence across international markets.

Dr. Jay Chun, Chairman and Managing Director of Paradise Entertainment, commented: “We are excited to receive this approval in Singapore, which affirms our capabilities and commitment to innovation and compliance. Being granted Approved Manufacturer status here opens exciting opportunities for growth and collaboration, and we look forward to building on this achievement to deliver sustainable value for our shareholders, trusted solutions for our partners, and world‑class entertainment experiences for players across the region.”

Paradise Entertainment said the achievement reflects its continued investment in advanced gaming technology, software engineering, automation, artificial intelligence and digital solutions designed for highly regulated gaming environments. Beyond manufacturing gaming equipment, the group also provides gaming systems, advisory services and other technology solutions to customers in multiple international markets.

Separately, the company recently strengthened its corporate governance with the appointment of Eric Ho King Fung as an independent Non-Executive Director and a member of its audit committee, effective June 12. Paradise Entertainment said Ho brings extensive experience in finance, legal matters and corporate governance, further enhancing the board's oversight capabilities as the company continues to pursue long-term growth and international expansion.
