PhilWeb has entered into an exclusive partnership with Pragmatic Play in the Philippines
Licensed operators will be able to access Pragmatic Play's gaming services through PhilWeb's hosted platform
The rollout is expected to begin in the third quarter of 2026, subject to regulatory approvals

PhilWeb Corporation has entered into an exclusive partnership with global gaming content provider Pragmatic Play. The agreement expands the company's technology-enabled services for licensed gaming operators in the Philippines.

The agreement will see PhilWeb provide hosted services through its remote technology infrastructure and API integration, allowing licensed operators to access Pragmatic Play's portfolio of gaming products through a single platform. The rollout is expected to begin during the third quarter of 2026, subject to regulatory approvals and contractual arrangements.

"This partnership represents an important milestone in PhilWeb's long-term strategy of expanding its technology-enabled gaming services business. By collaborating with one of the industry's leading international gaming services providers, we are positioned to broaden our commercial relationships with licensed operators while creating a scalable and recurring revenue stream through technology-enabled services," said Edgar Brian K. Ng, President of PhilWeb.

Rather than acting solely as a content distributor, PhilWeb will provide the underlying technology infrastructure that enables operators to integrate and manage gaming services more efficiently.

According to the company, Pragmatic Play's products are already used by a substantial majority of licensed online gaming platforms in the Philippines. PhilWeb believes the exclusive arrangement will reinforce its existing commercial relationships while creating opportunities to work with additional operators seeking hosted technology solutions.

The company also said the partnership provides a foundation for future collaborations with other international gaming service providers as it continues to diversify its portfolio of technology-enabled offerings.

Pragmatic Play is a multi-product iGaming software provider offering slots, live casino and other gaming products through a single API integration. PhilWeb, which is listed on the Philippine Stock Exchange, provides digital infrastructure, hosted gaming platforms, technology integration and related services to licensed operators in the regulated Philippine gaming market.
