Century Entertainment now expects to publish its FY2026 annual results by the end of August 2026
The delay is primarily due to extensive IT and platform audit procedures related to its online gaming business
The company said there are no audit disputes, material irregularities or adverse financial findings

Century Entertainment International Holdings has provided a further update on the delayed release of its annual results for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The company said the audit process is progressing but requires additional time due to the complexity of its technology-driven gaming operations.

The operator now expects to publish its FY2026 results on or before the end of August, extending the timeline outlined in previous announcements.

According to the board, the principal reason for the delay is an ongoing IT audit being conducted by Crowe (HK) CPA. The audit covers the group's gaming platform, including systems architecture, data integrity, access controls and operational continuity.

Century Entertainment said the review has required extensive coordination between its auditor, the company's Shenzhen-based IT team and its technology service provider. As this is the first comprehensive audit involving the group's cross-border gaming platform and newly established technology-driven revenue streams, additional time has been needed to verify audit trails, align technical documentation and complete system reviews.

Alongside the IT assessment, the finance team is continuing to support the auditor through routine audit procedures, including providing documentation, assisting with confirmation exercises and facilitating interviews with debtors and creditors.

The operator emphasised that the delay is not the result of any disagreement with its auditor or concerns over its financial reporting. Instead, it described the extended timeline as reflecting the thorough audit approach required for its expanding online gaming business.

Century Entertainment added that management has allocated additional financial and human resources to support the audit, while maintaining regular communication with Crowe throughout the process.

The company's audit committee said it has been closely monitoring progress and confirmed there are no unresolved accounting or auditing issues between management and the external auditor. It will continue overseeing the process until the annual results are published.

Trading in Century Entertainment's shares remains suspended and will continue until further notice. The company said it will provide additional updates should there be any material developments.
