Ng, 78, previously served as Executive Director, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the company from September 2012 until his resignation in May 2025.

A veteran of Macau’s gaming sector with more than four decades of experience, Ng is widely regarded for his involvement in VIP gaming, junket operations and casino investment management. He played a key role in the development of Macau’s junket intermediary ecosystem during the industry’s liberalisation period and helped shape high-roller gaming services and cross-border facilitation practices.

The company has entered into a three-year service agreement with Ng, subject to retirement and re-election in accordance with its articles of association. He will receive monthly remuneration of HK$15,000 (US$1,916), subject to annual review.

Following Ng’s appointment, Tang Ho Ka has stepped down as Chairman but will remain as Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer. Tang will also continue to chair the nomination and compliance committees. The board expressed appreciation for Tang’s contributions as chairman and confirmed there are no disagreements relating to the leadership transition.

Separately, Wong Yun Pun has been appointed chairman of the nomination committee, replacing Tang in that role.
