AskGamblers Complaint Service (AGCCS) recorded its strongest quarter to date in Q2 2026, helping players recover approximately $3.4m.
The amount was received across casino, betting and affiliate complaints between April 1 and June 30. The service processed 1,563 cases and resolved 1,068 of them, benefiting 3,649 users across 1,160 casinos, sportsbooks and affiliates.
The international casino segment accounted for the bulk of the recovered funds, around $3.25m, up from roughly $2.28m in Q2 2025 and $2.03m in Q1 2026.
Among the quarter's cases, a player filed a complaint against 1xBet Sportsbook over account verification issues tied to a disputed balance of $2,5m, saying their withdrawal had been blocked following a winning bet despite submitting the requested documentation.
After mediation between the player, AskGamblers and the sportsbook, the case was resolved, with the player confirming they had withdrawn their full balance after a six-month dispute.
"Q2 was an exceptional quarter for AGCCS, but what stands out to me is not just the $3.4m recovered. We also saw more players turn to us, more complaints being handled, and more cases successfully resolved,” said Dijana Radunović, General Manager at AskGamblers.
“Behind every number is a player who came to us looking for help with a problem they couldn't resolve on their own. Our focus remains the same - helping players get answers, resolving disputes where possible, and encouraging greater accountability across the industry."
Recently, AGCCS recovered $10.7m in disputed funds for players across all of 2025.
AGCCS had $6.9m recovered in 2024
