Premier Padel announces exclusive deal with iGame Media
The 2027 season will provide sportsbooks with betting data and streaming technology

Premier Padel, the biggest official professional padel tour, has announced an exclusive partnership with iGame Media. For the first time in the sport's history, sportsbooks and prediction markets will be able to access in-venue umpire data and low-latency live streaming.

Padel has seen a massive surge in popularity over the past few years, with courts springing up all over the world. Tennis legend Andy Murray even invested in the sport back in 2019.

Today there are more than 38 million players worldwide, turning it from a pastime to a professional sport. Its popularity has already garnered the attention of massive companies.

In Argentina, where the sport is popular enough to be televised, the Summer Pro Padel tournament was officially sponsored by Betsson

This most recent collaboration between Premier Padel and iGame Media opens the sport to all new opportunities in the world of sports betting.

With frequent scoring moments, a year-long tour and its fast-paced nature, the game's betting attributes put it on par with tennis.

"Sports betting represents an important opportunity for Premier Padel as the Tour continues to grow globally. In iGame, we have found a partner that understands both the industry and the unique characteristics of our sport," Rob Mitchell, VP Commercial at Premier Padel, commented in the official press release.

The official unveiling of iGame Media's 2027 product suite will take place during a joint presentation with Premier Padel at SBC Summit 2026 in Lisbon on 29 September.

Padel was invented in 1969 in Mexico, as a local businessman wanted to build a tennis court on his property but did not have enough space, and his garden bordered a neighbour's wall
