Scientific Games has announced a new partnership which sees the supplier provide its Enhanced Partnership instant game management program to the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery.
This newly brokered eight-year deal will see the Arkansas-based lottery bolster its instant games offerings and builds on the pair's pre-existing arrangement. Indeed, Scientific Games initially partnered with the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery upon its inception in 2009 - and will now help the lottery to build on the $480m instant game sales it recorded during 2024 through new optimization, analytics, ordering systems, brand services and marketing support.
Speaking on this latest deal, John Schulz, President Americas and Global Instant Products for Scientific Games, said: "We're honored to be a trusted partner to the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery since its beginning. With instant games representing more than 81% of the ASL's total sales in fiscal year 2025, the instant game category is an extremely important product line for its proceeds to scholarships.
"Together, we'll continue leveraging data-driven instant game innovation, portfolio management and supply chain efficiencies to drive player engagement, modernize retailer operations and ensure the Lottery's future success for Arkansas college students."
This latest update follows Scientific Games' recent additional 10-year partnership extension with the Ohio Lottery last month, which fell closely behind the supplier's additional full systems upgrade for the Dakota Lottery in early Q4.
Also commenting on this newly brokered collaboration, was Sharon Strong, Executive Director of the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery, who stated: "Since day one, Scientific Games has been a trusted partner focused on driving maximum proceeds for Arkansas students.
"Working with Scientific Games through this new agreement, ASL will be able to provide more scholarships and offer even more engaging scratch game products and more innovative features to our thriving loyalty program."
Since its formation in 2009, the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery has generated over $1.5bn for students in the state - awarding 820,000+ scholarships
