Super Group has reported its financial results for the third quarter of 2025, as total revenue grew 26% from the prior year period for a total of $556.9m, while net profit throughout the quarter was reported to be $95.8m, equating to an increase of 830.1%. The operator also managed to increase adjusted EBITDA by 65% to $152.1m, as active users of Super Group's platforms grew 18% to 5.5m for Q3 2025.

"We are incredibly pleased with our Q3 performance, which highlights the continued strength of our global platform and consistent execution across our core markets. Despite customer-friendly outcomes in September, we delivered record-level customer engagement, strong revenue growth and margin expansion," Super Group CEO Neal Menashe said.

"With continued momentum into Q4, and the highly anticipated launch of Super Coin, we are focused on driving long-term value for our shareholders and enhancing our global position."

As a result of the strong Q3 2025 results, Super Group raised its full-year revenue and adjusted EBITDA guidance for FY2025, projecting revenue to fall between $2.17bn and $2.27bn, up from the previously issued guidance of $2.125bn-$2.2bn. The operator's FY2025 adjusted EBITDA is now projected to fall between $555-$565m, a slight raise from the original estimate of $550-$560m.

Throughout Q3 2025, the operator's Betway platform accounted for $341m of its total revenue for the period, equating to growth of 22.9% year-over-year. Spin, Super Group's online casino platform, generated the remaining $216m and increased 20%.

The Africa and Middle East regions drove the highest amount of revenue for Super Group throughout Q3 2025 after increasing revenue by 36.7% for a total of $226m. North America and Europe accounted for $181m and $108m of revenue for Q3 2025, respectively, which equate to increases of 12.4% and 45.9%.

Super Group's operations in South America and LatAm witnessed a revenue decrease of approximately $2m from the figure reported for Q3 2024, having generated $4m for the third quarter of 2025. Revenue from the Asia-Pacific region was reported to be $38m for Q3 2025, having risen by approximately $1m from the prior year period.

"Our disciplined investment in high-return markets, combined with operational efficiencies and improved marketing ROI, continues to translate into expanding margins. Our balance sheet remains robust with $462m in cash, giving us both flexibility and confidence as we look ahead to 2026," Super Group CFO Alinda van Wyk said.

Online casino business for Super Group accounted for $459m of the operator's total revenue for Q3 2025, representing growth of 26.4%, while sports betting produced $91m of revenue and increased 23%. Brand licensing and other operations combined to account for $7m of the operator's total Q3 2025 revenue, which is a slight $1m increase from the figure generated throughout the third quarter of 2024.

Operating expenses throughout Q3 2025 were reported to be $433m, including direct and marketing costs of $371m, general and administrative expenses totaling $45m and the depreciation and amortization of assets costing Super Group an additional $17m. The operator's adjusted EBITDA from US operations totaled $3m for Q3 2025, an increase from the $13m loss reported from the prior year period.
