The Brazilian Company for Support of Compulsive Disorder (EBAC) has published the first list of operators it has partnered with in the gambling industry.
These include operators such as Esportes da Sorte, Blaze, Betsul, HiperBet and Casa de Apostas, just to name a few.
In a social media post, EBAC wrote: “These are the platforms that have assumed, together with EBAC, a real commitment to responsible gaming.
“Each partnership signed represents responsibility, transparency and care for the user, reinforcing practices that contribute to a safer betting market.
“We work side by side with operators who understand that growing in the sector necessarily involves the adoption of responsible policies, aligned with good practices and regulations. We continue to strengthen the betting ecosystem in Brazil with information, data and social commitment.”
A few weeks ago, EBAC launched its Pulse tool to help identify, monitor and classify gambling risk among users of betting platforms based on their behavioral data.
Pulse hopes to help prevent players from developing compulsive gambling behaviors, while giving operators a better insight into player risk profiles.
This is done by collating scores on different aspects and categorizing them as stable, moderate or intensive betting patterns.
These are then analyzed to evaluate the risk of developing gambling-related disorders, from low, medium or high.
EBAC also specializes in offering a clear, reliable and efficient path for operators to comply with Brazilian regulations, especially as they continue to change and evolve in the current legal landscape.
On the EBAC website, it explains that it is the “technical arm” that can audit, guide and certify gambling operators to ensure the business is fully compliant with the Brazilian Government.
The company can test whether an operator’s responsibility criteria are being met ethically and effectively.
EBAC has trained more than 600 bookmaker employees across Brazil on correct legal compliance
