Kaizen Gaming has announced the acquisition of GameplAI, an AI-driven sports trading and analytics provider, in a move designed to strengthen its technology capabilities and enhance its sportsbook offering.
Under the agreement, GameplAI’s proprietary technology will be integrated into Kaizen Gaming’s operations to support sports trading, player markets and performance analytics for the company’s iGaming platform, Betano.
Kaizen Gaming said the acquisition is part of its strategy to invest in data science and artificial intelligence to further develop its sportsbook technology.
The integration of GameplAI’s tools is expected to accelerate automation across trading functions, improve risk management systems and support the delivery of an enhanced sportsbook experience across global markets.
Despite the acquisition, GameplAI will continue to operate its business-to-business services, maintaining relationships with existing and future external partners.
The company’s founders and team will remain actively involved in the business as it enters its next stage of development under Kaizen Gaming’s ownership.
Commenting on the transaction, Kaizen Gaming Chief Product Officer, Christos Tzalavras said, “This acquisition reflects our long-term commitment to investing in technology and talent that enhances our core sportsbook capabilities. GameplAI brings deep expertise in AI-driven trading and analytics, and we are excited to integrate their proprietary technology into our ecosystem.”
GameplAI Co-Founder Graham Savage added, “This partnership allows us to further elevate our technology, expand our impact, and continue delivering with the same commitment and agility that define GameplAI. Together, we look forward to accelerating the future of data-driven sportsbook operations.”
