QCI launched Agentic QCI Resorts, integrating AI directly into casino operations
Platform enables natural-language execution of marketing, analytics and player development tasks
On-premise model designed to meet regulatory and data control requirements

Quick Custom Intelligence (QCI) has announced the launch of Agentic QCI Resorts, an evolution of its flagship platform that embeds large language models (LLMs) directly into casino operations via a secure, on-premise architecture.

Built on the open Model Context Protocol (MCP) standard, the platform connects conversational AI to QCI's core operational infrastructure, covering player development, marketing execution and analytics.

Rather than just generating insights, the system is designed to execute real operational workflows through natural-language prompts – aiming to permit marketing teams to build and deploy campaigns and player development teams to manage workflows autonomously.

A notable feature of the release is its on-premise deployment model, which QCI says is specifically designed to meet the regulatory and data sovereignty requirements of the gaming industry.

Ralph Thomas, CEO and Co-Founder of QCI, emphasised that the architecture allows properties to utilise AI while retaining full control over their data and operational knowledge.

The launch follows a period of notable development for QCI. Earlier this month, Rush Street Gaming selected the company's Enterprise platform for deployment across its retail properties following an extensive evaluation process.

In February, QCI also announced a new partnership with Itibari, Waynne & Partners to provide enhanced live entertainment access to Tribal gaming properties across the US.
