Hard Rock International has officially started accepting reservations beginning in July 2026 for its new hotel property in Malta, having first announced its latest development during October 2024 in partnership with db Group.

"We are thrilled to bring the iconic Hard Rock Hotel experience to the beautiful island of Malta," Hard Rock SVP of Hotel Operations John Rees said.

"With Malta's incredible blend of history, culture and natural beauty as our backdrop, we're establishing this hotel as a premier destination for travelers and look forward to welcoming our first guests this summer."

Hard Rock Hotel Malta will feature 397 guest rooms, 25 exclusive suites, two executive club floors and over 10 restaurant, bar, lounge and club offerings, as well as a 466-meter ballroom.

The property is located near Malta attractions such as Mdina, the Blue Lagoon of Comino and the island of Gozo, as well as local areas such as Valletta and the Paceville district.

In fellow Hard Rock news, the operator’s Heals Foundation donated more than $400,000 to support recovery efforts in Jamaica following the destruction caused by Hurricane Melissa.

The funds were raised through the “Stay Strong Jamaica” initiative and will be distributed via Jamaica's Promise, a non-profit organization supporting local recovery programs.

The donation will contribute to housing reconstruction, infrastructure repair and wider humanitarian aid.

Hurricane Melissa, a category five storm that struck in October 2025, caused widespread devastation across the island, leaving thousands homeless and generating an estimated $9bn in damages.

The fundraising campaign brought together contributions from Hard Rock International, Seminole Gaming properties, employees and customers.
