Mississippi Public Broadcasting’s (MPB) latest original series “Southern Dish” is set to premiere statewide on April 2.
“Southern Dish” celebrates the rich heritage and vibrant future of Mississippi's culinary scene and will be hosted by restaurateur Lydia Chassaniol. And the season will feature exclusive insights into the behind the scenes of the state’s most iconic culinary dishes.
One of Foundation Gaming’s casinos in the Fitz Casino & Hotel in Tunica, Mississippi will feature Dominick’s restaurant.

Dominick’s episode will air April 30, at 7p.m. on MPB Television.
Casinos in Mississippi generated $198.6m in revenue last December.
The culinary program is expected to highlight family recipes, local food producers and the diverse food traditions found across the state of Mississippi.
