RAS Technology Holdings has announced the appointment of David Zeffman as a Non-Executive Director, effective 1 April 2026. The move expands the company’s Board and reflects its focus on growth across the Northern Hemisphere.
Zeffman brings extensive experience from the technology, media and telecommunications (TMT) sectors, alongside a strong background in gambling, sport and television. He has spent many years as a partner at CMS, where he also served on the firm’s Board and led its Sport and Gambling sector groups. His career has involved advising clients on regulatory, commercial and strategic matters across multiple jurisdictions.
RAS indicated that the appointment aligns with its ambition to strengthen its global offering of data and content solutions, particularly within horse racing and wagering markets.
Zeffman’s established networks in the UK and Europe are expected to support the company’s expansion efforts and deepen its engagement with industry stakeholders in those regions.
Commenting on the appointment, Chairman Andrew Twaits stated: “We welcome David to the Board, as RAS continues to pursue growth opportunities in the Northern Hemisphere.
“David’s expertise in TMT, wagering and horse racing, combined with his extensive networks across these sectors, will be invaluable as we work to deliver world-class data and content solutions to our global clients.”
Zeffman himself added: ‘’Having spent much of my career advising clients across the wagering, horseracing and TMT sectors, I have seen the impact that data and technology solutions can have on the industry.
“I am really looking forward to joining RAS's Board and to working closely with them and the management team as the Company continues to grow its presence in the Northern Hemisphere.”
The Zeffman appointment is part of a busy period for leadership changes across the industry. Elsewhere this week, Novibet promoted Elena Barba to Chief Marketing Officer as it continues its international expansion, Finnish state-owned operator Veikkaus added two new board members ahead of the liberalisation of its domestic market, and SEGG Media confirmed two former Veloce executives in senior roles following its acquisition of the racing and lifestyle media platform.
RAS Technology Holdings is listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) under the ticker RTH and provides racing data, form and content services to clients globally
