Kambi Group's esports division Abios has signed a multi-year data partnership with Google, under which it will provide esports data for a range of the technology group's consumer products.

The agreement will see Abios data launch across Google Search and the Google App, covering four of the most widely followed esports titles globally: League of Legends, Counter-Strike, Dota 2 and Valorant.

According to the source material, the package includes scheduling, fixtures, competitive statistics, player and team data, and scoring information. Google is set to use that information to expand the esports content and features available to users across its platforms.

Abios supplies esports data, odds and widgets across major titles, while Kambi is better known in gambling as a sportsbook supplier. The deal gives Abios a broader distribution channel outside its more established betting and business-to-business product set.

Kambi Group CEO, Werner Becher, said: "Partnering with Google is a significant milestone for Kambi and Abios."

Becher added: "With Google’s global scale, this collaboration will help elevate the way esports data is accessed and experienced by audiences around the world."

Google EMEA Sports Partnerships Lead, Marvin Brischke, said: "Esports continues to grow in popularity globally."

Brischke added: "We’re pleased to work with Kambi and Abios to improve the breadth of esports information available to our users."

The agreement also reflects continued demand for structured esports data beyond wagering use cases, particularly as large consumer platforms seek deeper event coverage and more detailed competitive information.

For Abios, the deal places its data in front of a much broader mainstream audience through Google's search and app ecosystem.

No launch date was disclosed in the source material, but Google said the new esports data offering will go live imminently.

In past coverage, Kambi expanded its sportsbook footprint in regulated betting by signing a long-term agreement with French operator PMU. Under that deal, PMU agreed to use Kambi's turnkey sportsbook, trading and risk management capabilities and a custom front end for its online fixed-odds offer in France's regulated market.
