Allwyn has published its sustainability report for the efforts made during 2025.
Last year, Allwyn achieved the WAL Level 4 Responsible Gaming certification, launched the Allwyn player protection lab, received the WLA Level 2 Security Controls certificate and hosted conferences on responsible gambling.
As part of its efforts to change lives for the better, Allwyn encouraged employees to take paid leave if they were volunteering or fundraising for local communities, which led to 247 employees participating and more than 880 individuals benefiting from the scheme.
Last month, Allwyn UK also introduced 12 weeks of paid leave for parents of critically ill children.
The company also launched its F1 Allwyn Global Community Award, which will fund four community projects in the Netherlands, Mexico and the US.
To support the environment and minimise future harm, Allwyn reduced Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions by 42% and Scope 3 GHG emissions by 25%.
Robert Chvatal, Allwyn CEO, said: “Our people are at the heart of our success. We continue to invest in their development by building future‑ready skills, enabling our teams to thrive in a rapidly changing world.
“I would like to thank our employees for their commitment, and our shareholders for their trust and long‑term engagement.
“We believe we can change lives — through responsible entertainment and by creating lasting value for the communities and societies we serve. I invite our stakeholders to explore this report and join us in shaping a more responsible, resilient and sustainable future.”
To continue its sustainability efforts, Allwyn has invested in solar panels across selected sites, with renewable sources now accounting for 66% of the Group’s total energy consumption.
A total of 5,814 employees participated in career reviews, while 124,231 training hours were completed across the board.
