Antoine Jouteau has joined Banijay Gaming as its new CEO. Jouteau brings more than two decades of experience in technology, digital platforms and e-commerce.

He began his career in marketing and business development roles at TDF and PagesJaunes before joining Leboncoin, where he held several leadership positions over more than 13 years, including CEO. He later served as CEO of Adevinta and returned to lead Leboncoin.

Commenting on his new role, Jouteau said on LinkedIn: “Bringing together Betclic, Tipico and Admiral creates a unique platform: leading brands, exceptional talent and a strong footprint across Europe's regulated gaming markets.

“What convinced me to join this adventure is the opportunity to build on these strong foundations and help shape the next stage of growth… Over the coming weeks, my priority will be to meet our teams across Europe, listen, learn and understand what makes each business successful.”

Earlier this month, Banijay announced its commitment to acquire Joa, France’s second-largest casino operator, which operates a nationwide network of 33 casinos that generated approximately €430m ($491m) in gross revenue in 2025.

The acquisition is aimed at strengthening Banijay’s omnichannel strategy and expanding its presence in Europe’s land-based gaming sector. Banijay said the deal will support Joa’s next phase of growth in both France and international markets.

The move follows another significant M&A development for the operator this year. In April, Banijay completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Tipico, with plans to gradually increase its ownership to 72% through previously agreed call options over the coming years.

In January, Banijay relinquished its entire 53.9% stake in Bet-at-home, paving the way for its Tipico acquisition
