Slotegrator has appointed Olga Ivanchik to the position of COO. In her new role, Ivanchik will oversee the refinement of Slotegrator's operational model, focusing on process optimisation, product delivery and design strategy.
Her appointment comes as the company looks to bolster its market position and expand into new territories.
Ivanchik will be responsible for advancing several key initiatives, including spearheading efforts to reduce time-to-launch for operators. Slotegrator aims to cut average deployment timelines by at least 30% through frontend templates and more streamlined implementation frameworks.
Additional priorities include deeper market localisation, strengthening responsible gaming and ESG integration, and expanding internal teams to support upcoming projects.
With more than a decade of experience in senior roles across iGaming, digital design and product operations, Ivanchik has previously led setup and design units at other industry suppliers - including Softswiss. Her work has included early adoption of AI tools for UI/UX development.
She is also currently pursuing an MBA, which the company says is shaping her approach to operational optimisation.
Commenting on her appointment to the new role, Ivanchik stated: "In 2026, my priority as COO is very clear: We are entering a new era of opportunities for Slotegrator, and we will solidify our platform's status as one of the most stable online casino platforms and the most reliable partner on the market.
"Our goal for 2026 is ambitious: when operators think about sustainable growth in iGaming, Slotegrator should be the first name that comes to mind."
The announcement comes amid a broader period of leadership changes across the sector. Recent executive moves include the appointment of Nir Efrat as CEO of WorldWinner and the naming of Jonas Groes as Co-CEO of EveryMatrix.
The COO appointment follows Slotegrator's continued expansion activities earlier this year, including a platform integration partnership with Phoenix 7
