Wynn Al Marjan Island has unveiled two seven-bedroom Royal Apartments positioned at the top of its 70-storey Resort Tower, adding another accommodation category ahead of the integrated resort’s planned 2027 opening.
The Mayfair Apartment and Paris Apartment will each cover approximately 1,460sqm across the tower’s two uppermost floors. Both will form part of Enclave, the resort’s boutique-hotel concept, and offer views across the Arabian Gulf and Hajar Mountains.
Wynn Design & Development President and Chief Creative Officer Todd-Avery Lenahan collaborated with two European design studios on the residences. Paris-based Pinto designed the Paris Apartment, while London-based Anouska Hempel Design developed the Mayfair Apartment.
The Paris Apartment has been conceived as a two-storey residence for a collector and international traveller. Its interiors will combine bespoke furniture, artwork, auction pieces and objects sourced from different markets, alongside hand-painted murals, glass surfaces and custom lighting.
The Mayfair Apartment takes inspiration from private London residences near Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park. Its design uses green lacquered panelling, marble, detailed millwork and gilded finishes.
Each apartment will include seven bedrooms, several entertaining rooms and private bars.
Guests will also be able to receive dining, spa, salon and entertainment services without leaving the accommodation, supported by personalized in-apartment service.
Enclave will contain 323 suites across the upper floors of Wynn Al Marjan Island, divided between the two Royal Apartments, Townhomes and Marina and Ocean Estates. The hotel-within-a-hotel concept will have a guarded entrance, private lobby and dedicated lifts, with no more than nine suites situated on each floor.
In related news, Wynn recently unveiled the Townhomes accommodation category within Enclave and detailed its first beachfront destination, which will include 550 metres of shoreline, three beach environments, 61 cabanas and 327 lounge chairs.
Construction has also begun on the neighbouring Janu Al Marjan Island development, a joint venture between Marjan and Wynn Resorts scheduled to open in 2029.
