Inspire Entertainment Resort and Shinhan Card have signed a one-year strategic partnership agreement
Shinhan Card customers will receive discounts and exclusive packages across selected resort facilities
Both companies will explore joint marketing opportunities and the potential development of Inspire-branded credit cards

Inspire Entertainment Resort has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Shinhan Card, South Korea's largest credit card company. The agreement aims to expand customer benefits and strengthen marketing cooperation across Inspire's hospitality and entertainment offerings.

The agreement brings together Inspire's resort facilities and entertainment services with Shinhan Card's customer network and marketing capabilities. The signing ceremony was attended by representatives from both companies, including Inspire Chief Marketing Officer Lee Han-na and Shinhan Card Head of Partnerships Division Ma Chae-seong.

Under the one-year agreement, the companies will collaborate on advertising, joint marketing campaigns, resort product sales and membership benefits, with the aim of reaching more customers and encouraging greater engagement across Inspire's facilities.

Shinhan Card customers will gain access to partnership discounts and exclusive packages at selected resort attractions, including Inspire's hotel and Splash Bay indoor water park.

The collaboration will also extend to food and beverage offerings, with participating restaurants expected to introduce special promotions and seasonal benefits.

These initiatives form part of Inspire's efforts to promote its "playcation" concept, which combines accommodation, dining and entertainment within a single resort experience.

Beyond customer promotions, the two companies intend to use their respective marketing channels and membership networks to develop joint advertising activities and strengthen customer loyalty.

They will also examine opportunities to introduce Inspire-exclusive private label credit cards (PLCCs), although no launch timeline or specific card features have been announced.

The proposed credit card initiative could further extend the partnership beyond individual resort promotions by creating additional opportunities for customer engagement and repeat visits.

Inspire said the agreement would help introduce its resort experiences to a broader customer base while supporting the development of new products and benefits tailored to different customer preferences.

The partnership reflects Inspire's broader approach to attracting visitors through integrated hospitality, leisure and entertainment offerings, alongside collaborations with established consumer-facing businesses.
