The provincial government is seeking propositions for support services following the recent launch of its market.
Digital Gaming Solutions generated Php200.3m during the quarter, accounting for 57% of group revenue as PhilWeb widened its B2B platform and content distribution business.
The intervention follows a July federal court ruling that rejected Kalshi's bid to prevent New York from applying its gambling laws to the exchange's sports-event contracts.
Revenue remained stable despite higher gaming duties, while the proposed acquisition continues towards completion.
According to recent filings with the CFTC, DraftKings self-certified nine football event contracts for its in-house prediction market DKeX, as well as multi-leg event contract wagers.
FlightAware stated Kalshi named the service as its primary source agency for settling flight cancellation markets but had not been granted use of the platform's name, data or trademarks.
DoubleDown’s adjusted EBITDA for Q2 increased 17.3% to $39.3m, while profit for the period rose 50.9% to $32.9m. High Roller’s Q2 revenue fell 51.6% to $2.8m, reports $2.4m net loss.
The operator also reported a 46.7% decrease in consolidated AEBITDA for Q2 to $7.3m, while Playstudios net loss for the quarter totaled $13.3m and increased 350.3% year-over-year.
The new service brings the company’s fantasy offering under a single platform, with existing The Huddle subscribers set to transition after the 2026-2027 season.
