Lotte Tour Development, the owner of Jeju Dream Tower casino in Jeju City, has released its figures for January 2026.
The property has started off this year strong, with total casino net revenue increasing 55% year-on-year to KRW 45.6bn ($31.48m).
This was split between table net revenue increasing 35.6% to KRW 43.7bn and machine net revenue increasing 31.5% to KRW 1.9bn.
The table casino drop almost doubled to KRW 233.5bn, while the drop from machines increased 68.1% to KRW 28.1bn.
The total amount, KRW 261.6bn reflected an annual increase of 89.8%.
Looking back at previous records, the only months to beat this level of table drop since 2022 were those between July and November last year.
Typically, the January figures are doubled during these late-summer and early-autumn months, meaning that, with such solid results this month, Jeju Dream Tower is positioned to have a particularly successful year if this trend continues.
However, the table casino hold was 18.7%, 2.3% lower than last January’s figures, while machine hold fell 1% to 6.7%.
Compared to the historical monthly figures, this may be a small decrease, but it is still average for the property. The averages for 2025 were 18.5% and 7%, respectively.
The number of casino players visiting the property rose 56.7% to 53,052 people, marking the fifth busiest month since 2022.
Overall, this report indicates that visitor numbers and spend continue to grow at Jeju Dream Tower year-on-year.
Although this is only the first month of the year, these numbers show a steady upswing at the property since opening on 18 December, 2020.
Lotte Tour is not the only company to see green figures in January, however. Paradise Casino also saw revenue rise 31.4%, while Grand Korea Leisure sales were up 6.6%.
