Boonuspart.ee hopes to create a ‘more comprehensive and authoritative platform’ for iGaming players in Estonia

Boonuspart.ee has acquired Kasiino-boonus.ee in an effort to expand and further consolidate its position in Estonia’s iGaming affiliate market while aiming to create a “more comprehensive and authoritative platform” for the country’s online casino players.

"This acquisition supports our long-term strategy of building the most trusted and informative casino bonus resource in Estonia,” Boonuspart.ee Co-Founder Teemu Pesonen said.

“Kasiino-boonus.ee has a strong legacy in the local market, and we see clear synergies in terms of content, SEO and player value.”

Kasiino-boonus.ee’s content will be gradually integrated into the Boonuspart.ee ecosystem following the acquisition, while existing content will be reviewed, updated and expanded when relevant.

Boonuspart.ee will review and expand content provided by Kasiino-boonus.ee while maintaining focus on "transparency, up-to-date bonus terms and compliance with Estonian regulators.”

According to Boonuspart.ee, no changes in player data handling will be made as part of the Kasiino-boonus.ee transaction, nor will user information be transferred once the acquisition is finalized.

Boonuspart.ee also stated the acquisition “reflects a broader trend of consolidation” for the European iGaming affiliate sector, with “established publishers” continuing to invest in local brands to "strengthen editorial quality and long-term sustainability.”

Estonian lawmakers are also set to approve an amendment correcting a legislative drafting error that temporarily exempted remote gambling from taxation in February 2026.

The amendment addresses wording adopted late last year that unintentionally excluded certain online gambling activities from Estonia’s gambling tax framework.

The original reform, passed in December and effective from 1 January 2026, was intended to reduce the gambling tax rate from 6% to 5.5% while maintaining revenues to support sports and cultural initiatives.
