Flutter Brazil has appointed Leonardo Chiarini de Mattos as its new Head of Customer Operations, as the company continues to expand and structure its operations in Brazil’s growing regulated betting market.

In the role, Chiarini de Mattos will focus on integrating the customer support operations of the company’s brands Betnacional and Betfair Brasil, under the Flutter Brazil structure. 

According to the company, the objective is to unify processes and technology while maintaining the identity of each brand.

Commenting on his appointment, Chiarini de Mattos said his initial priority will be to bring together the support teams operating across the two brands.

“The initial focus will be the integration of our customer support teams under the Flutter Brazil structure, unifying processes and technologies without losing the identity of each brand. We want support to become a driving force for continuous product and user experience improvement.”

Flutter Brazil said the appointment reflects its focus on operational efficiency and customer feedback as the Brazilian iGaming market continues to mature. 

The company highlighted customer experience and responsible gaming practices as central components of its operational strategy.

Chiarini de Mattos brings more than 15 years of experience in customer experience, business operations and product management. Over the course of his career, he has worked at several large companies and technology-focused organizations.

His background includes leadership roles in customer experience strategy, operational optimization and product development, as well as the management of cross-functional teams and business units. 

He has also been involved in projects aimed at implementing new technologies and improving operational efficiency across service operations.

Flutter Brazil has continued to strengthen its leadership structure in recent months. The company previously appointed Diego Buriti as Head of Online Media and Marcelo de Ciccio as its new Performance and SEO Lead.
