Aristocrat has announced a series of senior leadership changes aimed at supporting its long-term growth strategy, including a new appointment at the helm of its Interactive division.

Dylan Slaney has been named as the next CEO of Aristocrat Interactive, succeeding Moti Malul. Slaney will take up the role on 3 November 2025, subject to regulatory approvals, and will be based in London.

He joins the company from Light & Wonder, where he has held senior positions, and brings further experience from NYX and SG Digital.

Malul, who was previously CEO of NeoGames before leading its integration into Aristocrat, is set to leave the organisation in March 2026 after completing his notice period. He played a central role in the launch of Aristocrat Interactive 18 months ago, following Aristocrat's acquisition of NeoGames.

Slaney's arrival at the company is notable given the history between Aristocrat and Light & Wonder. Several Aristocrat executives have moved to Light & Wonder in recent years - including its current CEO Matt Wilson - while the two companies remain engaged in ongoing legal disputes.

In addition to changes at Interactive, Aristocrat has confirmed that Chief Corporate Affairs Officer Natalie Toohey will step down after nearly seven years in the role - though she will continue to provide transitional support on a consultancy basis.

Her position will be expanded to include marketing responsibilities, with Barry French appointed as Chief Corporate Affairs & Marketing Officer. French, who has previously held senior leadership roles at Inmarsat and Nokia, will be based in Las Vegas.

Both Slaney and French will report directly to Aristocrat CEO and Managing Director Trevor Croker, who praised their leadership credentials and alignment with the group's broader strategy.
