Fanatics and DraftKings inherit new partnership roles as part of their respective new deals
All three deals allow each operator the use of additional Genius Sports data and enhanced branding presence

The US' National Football League (NFL) has announced new deals with DraftKings, FanDuel and Fanatics – with each signing new multi-year partnership agreements.

Indeed, these new deals will build on each of the operators respective active collaborations with the league, further providing each with branding presence at key events such as the Super Bowl and NFL Draft. All three operators will also have the ability to utilize NFL data including real-time play-by-play statistics via Genius Sports – the league's data distribution partner.

This latest agreement also outlines that all three operators must adhere to the NFL's 'core game integrity policies' and will work in partnership across responsible gambling, intelligence and advocacy initiatives.

Speaking on these new deals, NFL EVP and Chief Revenue Officer Renie Anderson said: “We are thrilled to have three world-class partners in the sports betting category. DraftKings, FanDuel and Fanatics share our vision for innovation and fan engagement, but most importantly, our commitment to protecting the integrity of the game. We look forward to navigating this next chapter in sports betting together.”

For DraftKings, this development follows the release of its Q2 2026 financial results, which saw revenue fall 4.6% to $1.44bn during the quarter. The company more recently also announced the expansion of its prediction market parlay offerings ahead of the new NFL season this month. DraftKings will now also act as the official DFS partner of the league.

DraftKings CMO Stephanie Sherman also spoke on this latest update, saying: “Nothing compares to football season for DraftKings and our millions of customers. Working with the NFL allows us to put the DraftKings brand alongside the biggest games of the season, from Kick-off through the Super Bowl. That presence is especially meaningful for DraftKings as the #1 sportsbook for live betting, giving fans more ways to engage with every drive, play and moment as it happens. We’re excited to continue bringing that experience to football fans across the country.”

This latest deal also comes at a critical juncture for FanDuel, which announced the appointment of a new CEO last quarter, with Amy Howe moving on after several years at the helm.

Christian Genetski, President of FanDuel, commented on the NFL partnership, stating: “For the last five years, the NFL has been an important partner in helping build a legal and regulated sports betting industry that puts fans and the integrity of the game at the center. We’re proud of what we’ve built together and look forward to continuing to find new ways for fans to engage with the games they love.”

Prior to this additional update, Fanatics announced that it had become an official sportsbook partner of the NFL last week – the operator will now also act as the official online casino marketing partner of the league.

“We are thrilled to expand Fanatics’ partnership with the NFL to include Fanatics Sportsbook and Fanatics Casino, bringing fans even closer to the game they love," said Matt King, CEO of Fanatics Betting and Gaming. "This deal underscores our vision for Fanatics as a true digital sports platform – a single destination where fans can bet, play and engage with the NFL all in one place, making the experience of being a fan better than ever."
