Wynn Al Marjan Island has revealed plans for a 98-berth marina as part of its integrated resort development
Wynn Marina will accommodate superyachts and megayachts measuring up to 85 metres
IGY Marinas will oversee operations at the facility

Wynn Al Marjan Island has unveiled plans for Wynn Marina, a 98-berth facility that will connect yacht arrivals directly with the integrated resort in Ras Al Khaimah.

The marina will feature a circular harbour and accommodate superyachts and megayachts measuring up to 85 metres. Wynn said the facility will have capacity for more and larger vessels than other hotel-attached marinas in the UAE.

Fort Lauderdale-based IGY Marinas will oversee marina operations. A central Capitainerie will serve as the operational and arrival hub, combining marina management, guest services, concierge support and services for yacht captains.

Guests arriving by yacht will be able to check in onboard before accessing the wider resort. The marina will connect with the property's accommodation, dining, entertainment, wellness and retail facilities.

The waterfront development will also include a promenade and dining areas accessible to resort guests and other visitors. Wynn's Marina and Ocean Estates accommodation will be positioned around the marina.

The announcement follows Wynn's unveiling of two seven-bedroom Royal Apartments last month as development continues towards the resort's planned 2027 opening.

The Mayfair Apartment and Paris Apartment will each span approximately 1,460sqm across the upper two floors of the 70-storey Resort Tower. Both will form part of Enclave, a 323-suite accommodation concept occupying the tower's upper floors.

Enclave will also include Townhomes and Marina and Ocean Estates, with a separate entrance, private lobby and dedicated lifts.

The broader Wynn Al Marjan Island project is being developed as an integrated resort combining hotel accommodation, dining, entertainment and gaming.
