EveryMatrix has announced a new partnership with Cevro AI to introduce fully integrated AI-powered support agents across its platform, aiming to enhance player assistance through faster response times, personalised interactions and deeper back-office connectivity.
Cevro AI specialises in domain-specific large language models trained on iGaming workflows, compliance frameworks and player behaviour patterns. According to the company, this allows its agents to handle complex support queries with accuracy and a level of empathy comparable to experienced human staff.
The technology is designed to integrate directly with EveryMatrix's Player Account Management (PAM) system, enabling automated handling of tasks such as withdrawals, deposits, bonus requests and account-related issues.
Cevro AI's platform supports more than 100 languages and includes trust-layer controls intended to ensure compliance with responsible gaming, data protection and operator-specific requirements.
Commenting on the new partnership, EveryMatrix Group CPO Kevin Furlong stated: "We are constantly investing in technology that helps operators grow and scale with confidence.
"Generative AI is now at a point where it can make a real difference. With Cevro AI, our operators gain intelligent, empathic agents that support players around the clock and drive real business value through deep integration across the EveryMatrix ecosystem."
CEO Chaim Heber added: "For us, partnering with EveryMatrix is a significant moment for Cevro AI. It's proof that empathic AI is ready for the biggest operators in the industry.
Our mission is to help brands deliver support that feels human at any scale, and this partnership accelerates that vision in a meaningful way."
The partnership follows a period of expansion for EveryMatrix, including recent acquisitions and leadership restructuring.
The company has also been increasing its investment in customer experience and front-end technology, most recently through its acquisition of Goma Gaming and major platform partnerships in Denmark and Portugal.
EveryMatrix recently secured its largest-ever content aggregation agreement with bet365, granting the operator access to gaming titles from more than 40 external suppliers
