Flutter Brazil has announced an executive reshuffle which sees Eduardo Monte take over as the company's CEO, succeeding João Studart, who assumes the position of company Chair.
Indeed, these comprehensive changes see Studart step into a more strategic role, as he will now focus on supporting the company's board, overseeing international expansion and developing long-term strategy.
Monte, however, has also held the position of COO for NSX - and now Flutter Brazil - for over two years, and will bring operational insight of the Brazilian market alongside both Flutter Brazil's corporate structure and long-term roadmap to the CEO role. As such, he will now report directly to Flutter International CEO, Dan Taylor, overseeing the operator's Brazilian operations in their entirety.
Speaking via LinkedIn, Flutter Brazil released the following statement on the changes: "This new structure strengthens Flutter Brazil, ensuring it is even more prepared for the future and guided by the values that brought us here; integrity, innovation and teamwork.
"We continue to move forward with purpose and build an ecosystem that unites technology, entertainment and responsibility to transform the iGaming market in Brazil and around the world."
Last month saw the release of Flutter's overall Q3 2025 financial results, within which the operator reported $87m in revenues generated by the Brazilian market - up by a notable 412% year-on-year. More broadly, the company experienced a group revenue rise of 17% to $3.8bn during the period.
Additional recent personnel changes within the company saw Francesco Durante move on as CEO of Flutter SEA in late November.
Studart was the Founder of NSX Group and held the role of CEO for six years prior to its $350m acquisition by Flutter in May
