Avanti Studios has formally launched what it calls the next evolution of live casino, introducing a real-time multiplayer platform designed to resolve longstanding operational and technological challenges across the sector. Hagman is an industry veteran, having co-founded and led LeoVegas, while Delin was the Founder and CEO of Authentic Gaming.
Founded by Gustaf Hagman and Jonas Delin, the Stockholm-based provider aims to tackle slow innovation, high staffing and studio costs, limited localisation options, and the scalability constraints that have traditionally shaped live casino supply. According to the company, its solution delivers a fully authentic Live Casino experience while replacing physical dealers with motion-captured digital counterparts.
At the core of the platform is Avanti’s in-house motion capture facility, which records the exact movements and techniques of experienced land-based croupiers. These inputs are used to generate ultra-realistic digital dealer clones through advanced 3D animation and AI. All gameplay, whether cards, dice or wheel spins, remains entirely live with no pre-recorded sequences, and operators can customise dealer appearances, languages, dealing speeds and stakes to suit their brand.
The live environment is streamed via a proprietary cloud-based Unreal Engine protocol optimised for mobile devices. Avanti says this ensures a high-definition, land-based feel with the efficiency benefits of digital delivery, including error-free dealing and round-the-clock availability.
One of the most significant shifts highlighted by the company is the replacement of traditional fixed studio and staffing costs with a revenue-share or subscription model. Avanti claims operators could reduce live casino operating expenses by 50 to 60% while launching unlimited dedicated tables on demand.
The first wave of games, planned for Q1 2026, will include multiple Baccarat and Blackjack variants, Dragon Tiger and localised Top Card formats. Additional innovations, such as the company’s exclusive One Tap offerings, are scheduled for release in the first half of the year.
