PrizePicks Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) Mike Quigley has announced his intentions to step down from the role, stating he’s “incredibly proud” of what he was able to achieve with the operator “in such a relatively short time.”
“When I joined PrizePicks last year following a 12-year run at Niantic, I was energized by the opportunity to help scale one of the most innovative and disruptive companies in daily fantasy sports (DFS) and to help expand into emerging areas like prediction markets. It’s a category unlike any other: dynamic, competitive and evolving in real time,” Quigley said.
“PrizePicks remains extremely well positioned for continued growth, and I’ll be cheering the team on as they continue to build and put up more wins in this exciting space.
“As I take some time to reflect and think about what’s next, I’m energized by the opportunity to apply everything I’ve learned across gaming, sports and high-growth consumer platforms into my next chapter.”
Quigley originally joined PrizePicks as CMO in February 2025, having thanked figures such as CEO Mike Ybarra, Co-Founder & Executive Chairman Adam Wexler and Co-Founder & CTO Jay Deuskar as part of his social media post announcing the departure.
The operator recently formed a new strategic partnership with Bob Does Sports on March 3, naming PrizePicks as the exclusive fantasy and paid sports entertainment partner of the golf, sports and lifestyle brand.
The partnership will also include always-on social integrations across multiple platforms, paid media and content collaborations, live event appearances and in-game “sweats” for major sporting events.
The Bob Does Sports brand is currently led in part by Robby Berger, who represented one of PrizePicks’ earliest content partners, having worked with the operator from 2021 to 2023.
PrizePicks formed a multi-year partnership extension with Shots through 2028, allowing the operator to maintain category exclusivity across sports entertainment, fantasy sports, prediction markets and event contracts
