Betsul has taken its responsible gambling messaging offline with a live activation on Avenida Paulista, São Paulo’s busiest commercial avenues, transforming a central public space into an interactive “human casino.”
The campaign replaced digital slot machines with participants positioned inside booths, recreating the mechanics of a traditional casino game using real people. A fourth participant acted as the bettor, triggering the “spin” and receiving a prize if all three matched symbols.
The activation was led by influencer and athlete Kleber Bambam, who serves as a brand ambassador for Betsul. According to the company, the event drew significant public participation, with passersby engaging directly with the experience.
“Between one appointment and another, those who passed by Avenida Paulista could take part in a different kind of game: a human casino, promoted by Betsul,” stated the company.
“The company took to the streets to promote awareness of responsible gambling among bettors through the simulation of slot machines. The matches saw the participation of hundreds of pedestrians.”
The company also emphasized the educational intent behind the campaign.
“The game should always be seen as entertainment, a way to have fun, never an obligation or a source of income. Just like in the Paulista activation, where everything depends on chance and timing, betting also requires balance, awareness and responsibility,” stated Mateus Rosa, Marketing Manager at Betsul.
Andreia Oliveira, Betsul’s National Director of Operations, added: “Taking awareness about responsible gambling to one of the busiest locations on Avenida Paulista shows, in practice, Betsul’s commitment to going beyond operations and acting actively in user education.”
