Brazilian operator Betsul has announced the departure of Lucas Ferreira da Silva from his role as CMO, following a tenure of approximately five months.

The company confirmed the move in an official LinkedIn statement, thanking Ferreira da Silva for his contribution and wishing him success in his future endeavors. No further details were provided regarding the decision.

Ferreira da Silva joined Betsul in January 2026, bringing over 14 years of experience in digital marketing and nine years leading high-performance teams. Across his career, he has worked in media investments, with a focus on customer acquisition, performance marketing and brand development.

Prior to Betsul, he served as Head of Branding at Megaposta, part of Grupo Nexus, and as Head of Growth at Crownstone Ventures, where he led acquisition strategy across multiple business units. He also leads his own digital marketing consultancy, LF Consultoria.

His profile is marked by a combination of strategic planning, data-driven decision-making and team leadership, with experience across sectors including retail, technology, fashion and iGaming.

The departure comes as Betsul continues to invest in its product offering. In February, the operator launched a fully native mobile betting app available on Android and iOS, as part of its broader push to strengthen its digital ecosystem.

Betsul has not indicated any immediate replacement or changes to its marketing strategy following the executive’s exit.
