Aristocrat Interactive has announced the launch of its first full-service iLottery platform for the Massachusetts State Lottery Commission (MSLC) – a first-of-its-kind collaboration for the supplier.
The platform will provide online lottery products and solutions to players in the state in collaboration with the MSLC, with Aristocrat’s PAM, draws games system, business intelligence solutions and customer and data experience solution all included as part of this deal.
Further, the supplier’s aggregation platform, responsible gameplay solutions and additional compliance, CRM and data analytics services will also be integrated through this collaborative effort. This rollout comes after the MSLC officially awarded Aristocrat with its first iLottery contract in August 2025 following a competitive tender process. The pair will now operate under the terms of this partnership for five years, with an optional three-year extension.
Speaking on the deal, Mark William Bracken, Massachusetts State Lottery Executive Director, said: "Today marks an important step forward in modernizing our operations and launching an exciting new iLottery offering that complements our industry-renowned retail program.
“We're confident that our new iLottery program will elevate our player experience and allow us to further fulfill our mission of maximizing revenue returned to the Commonwealth, with online sales supporting early childhood education and care grants that will benefit families throughout Massachusetts."
Building on this was Aristocrat Interactive CEO, Dylan Slaney, who added: "This is a milestone moment for Aristocrat Interactive and the Massachusetts State Lottery as we deliver the first-ever online lottery offering for Massachusetts players.
"We are proud to be partnering with the Massachusetts State Lottery, who is widely recognized as a global lottery leader. Now with this new iLottery platform, plus our collection of world-leading iLottery game offerings, combined with pioneering marketing, and responsible gameplay solutions, the lottery is in a strong position to continue to deliver its charitable mission."
It has been a busy month for the supplier, which penned a similar lottery deal with Loto-Québec in recent weeks following the appointment of a new COO, Daniel O’Donoghue, at the beginning of July.
