NBA China has announced the lineup for NBA House Macao 2026, an expanded five-day fan event being held alongside the upcoming NBA China Games at The Venetian Macao.
Running from October 7 to 11, the event will feature appearances from former NBA players including Ray Allen, Carlos Boozer, Chris Bosh, Jeremy Lin, Stephon Marbury, Shawn Marion, Cuttino Mobley, Mitch Richmond, Luis Scola and P.J. Tucker. Chinese basketball player Ding Yanyuhan will also participate.
The free event at Cotai Expo will combine basketball activities with entertainment, food and merchandise. Performers will include South Korean girl group KiiiKiii and Filipino group SB19, while Hong Kong singer and actor Keung To is scheduled to make a special appearance.
Visitors will also have access to NBA merchandise and collectibles, a food and beverage area spanning more than 1,500 square meters, trophy photo opportunities and live game viewing events. General admission does not require registration.
The NBA House program accompanies the NBA China Games 2026, which will see the Dallas Mavericks and Houston Rockets meet in two preseason games at The Venetian Arena on October 9 and 11.
The event also fits into Macau’s broader diversification efforts, as the market expands its range of non-gaming attractions through sports, concerts and other entertainment offerings aimed at drawing visitors beyond casino gaming.
That push comes as Macau continues to record higher overall visitor volumes. The territory received 4.48 million visitors in August, up 6.1% year over year, while mainland Chinese arrivals increased 9.3% to 3.56 million.
Macau's gaming market presented a more mixed picture, with gross gaming revenue declining 1.2% year over year to MOP21.89bn ($2.71bn) in August.
