Paraguay's National Commission of Fixed-odd Games (Conajzar) has published its financial results for November, confirming that Paraguay's gaming sector continues on an upward trajectory.
Updated figures from the National Directorate of Tax Income (DNIT) show that, between January and November, the regulator accumulated PYG197.773bn (US$28.1m) in revenue.
With one month still to be reported, 2025 has already surpassed the record levels registered in 2024, when year-end revenue totalled PYG175.768bn ($22m).
Monthly collections remained consistently strong throughout the year.
January generated PYG15.163bn, followed by PYG16.081bn in February and PYG16.201bn in March.
April's revenue rose to PYG16.711bn, while May and June delivered PYG18.726bn and PYG18.827bn respectively.
Starting the second half of the year, July recorded PYG18.550bn, August PYG18.479bn and September was the highest-grossing month of the year, reaching a record PYG19.980bn.
October reported PYG19.157bn, with November close behind at PYG19.893bn.
The regulator notes that 2025 marks the first full year operating under Paraguay's updated gaming legislation, which formally integrated Conajzar into the DNIT.
This structural shift has strengthened oversight, expanded investigative powers and improved the regulator's ability to curb irregularities in the sector.
With revenue growth sustained across nearly every month of the year, Paraguay's regulated landscape continues to consolidate itself, driven by higher levels of compliance, improved oversight and a stronger institutional framework under DNIT supervision.
