SJM Resorts has confirmed that Casino Landmark will officially cease operations at 23:59 on December 30 2025, in line with the evolving regulatory and market environment of Macau's gaming sector.

The company said the decision follows coordination with the relevant authorities and reflects SJM's commitment to supporting stable and sustainable industry development under the amended Gaming Law.

All gaming tables and electronic gaming machines will be redeployed to other SJM self-promoted casinos, ensuring uninterrupted guest access to comparable services within the group's network.

Customers holding chips, deposits or accumulated cash rebates from Casino Landmark can redeem them or arrange follow-up services at any other SJM self-promoted casino starting December 31 2025.

SJM emphasized that all customer rights and balances will continue to be honored after the venue's closure. The company underscored that protecting local employment remains a priority.

All local employees currently working at Casino Landmark under SJM will retain employment and be reassigned to other SJM casinos based on operational needs. Local casino workers employed directly by Casino Landmark but not under SJM contracts will be encouraged to apply for vacancies within the group, with priority given under equal hiring conditions.

SJM will also provide support measures to ensure a smooth transition and prevent local workers from being adversely affected by the closure. The company said all processes will be conducted in full compliance with legal requirements, focusing on orderly and responsible implementation.

SJM reiterated its longstanding support for Macau's policy direction to develop a more resilient and regulated gaming market. The group said it will continue meeting its corporate responsibilities and work with the community to safeguard industry stability and long-term growth.
