Caesars Entertainment has expanded the premium accommodation offering at Caesars Palace, unveiling two new Colosseum Presidential Villas and 29 Sky Villas in the Octavius Tower.
The additions come as the operator marks the resort’s 60th anniversary and continues a wider program of capital reinvestment across the property.
Designed by Peter Silling & Associates, the new Presidential Villas exceed 8,000 square feet each and are positioned as ultra-high-end inventory targeting VIP, corporate and long-stay customers.
The units include private access, outdoor terraces and dedicated entertainment and dining spaces, aligning with a broader industry trend toward residential-style hospitality rather than traditional hotel suites.
The 29 Sky Villas, located on the upper floors of the Octavius Tower, follow a similar positioning but are aimed at a slightly broader premium segment.
Caesars described the units as reflecting contemporary design preferences, with layouts intended to support extended stays and private entertaining rather than short-term leisure use.
The launch is part of a wider transformation strategy at Caesars Palace, which in recent years has included renovations to gaming areas, spa and fitness facilities, room inventory and guest arrival infrastructure.
Additional projects already announced include further tower renovations and new VIP-focused services scheduled through 2027.
The move aligns with a wider Las Vegas trend, also illustrated by Rampart Casino’s $75m property-wide rebrand as operators increasingly channel capital into modernizing existing properties.
For Caesars Entertainment, the new villas reinforce a long-term strategy centered on upgrading core assets within established properties, rather than developing new resorts.
