Yggdrasil and its new iGaming titles will go live in Germany, via a partnership with Lottohelden.
Lottohelden Gamers will now be able to play more than 100 titles. Operating under the group Lottoland, players will also be able to access titles from studios in the YGG Master's program.
Germany is a big draw for the iGaming market but has been a topic of discussion surrounding regulatory enforcement - operators recently called for action, citing up to 100,000 illegal gambling machines.
Boasting a wide range of gaming titles, Yggdrasil’s focus on visuals and improved game mechanics have been successful in attracting investors and partnerships.
Phillip Taylor, Head of Region - Europe at Yggdrasil, said: “Our integration with Lottohelden in Germany marks another important step in expanding Yggdrasil’s reach in key regulated markets. This milestone has been made possible through our strong relationship with Lottoland, with whom we have proudly partnered since 2016.”
Yggdrasil has continued its expansion in the gaming market in Europe and beyond, with partnerships in Croatia via Admiral, Merkur in Serbia and Aposta Ganha in Brazil.
Daniel Ibing, VP Gaming & Sports Betting for Lottohelden said: “Germany is a highly regulated market, so it is important to work with suppliers that combine strong content with proven reliability and compliance expertise. Yggdrasil’s reputation in regulated jurisdictions made this partnership a natural fit.”
With its headquarters in Malta, the game provider has a presence across Europe and with iGaming becoming more popular, players are craving more creativity, storytelling and innovative graphics. And with these new titles being rolled out, Yggdrasil’s reach will continue to spread.
More than a decade after starting out in 2013, Yggdrasil has released nearly 150 slots
