Michigan's commercial and Tribal operators reported $346.13m in combined iGaming and online sports betting gross receipts for July, up 1.4% from June, according to the Michigan Gaming Control Board (MGCB). 

Recently, the MGCB reported $309m from online sports betting and iGaming verticals for June 2026.

iGaming accounted for $302.7m of that total, with online sports betting contributing $43.36m.

Combined adjusted gross receipts (AGR) reached $321.42m, split between $290.65m from iGaming and $30.7m from online sports betting. 

Online sports betting AGR jumped 52.7% from June and was up 28.8% year-on-year, while iGaming AGR rose a more modest 0.5% month-on-month but climbed 23.6% compared to July 2025. Online sports betting handle came in at $355.2m, down 3.0% from June.

Operators submitted $63.3m in state taxes and fees for July, including $61.2m from iGaming and $2.1m from online sports betting. 

Michigan's three Detroit casinos separately paid $14.1m in wagering taxes and municipal fees to the city, split between $13.5m from iGaming and $591,247 from online sports betting. Tribal operators reported a further $8.4m in payments to their governing bodies for the month.

As of July, 15 commercial and Tribal operators are authorized to offer iGaming in Michigan, with 13 of those also licensed for online sports betting.
