The deal targets Finland’s regulated iGaming market, launching in 2027
PAM, sportsbook, content and AI-driven engagement tools form part of the agreement

Bragg Gaming Group has announced a multi-year turnkey solution agreement with SuomiVeto, a new operator preparing to enter Finland’s forthcoming regulated online gambling market.

The partnership is designed to position both companies ahead of the country’s planned market liberalisation, with private operators expected to launch from 1 July 2027.

Under the agreement, Bragg will supply its full turnkey offering, including its proprietary Player Account Management (PAM) platform, a managed sportsbook, exclusive and aggregated casino content and its Fuze player engagement and marketing tools. Operational and managed services will also form part of the deal.

SuomiVeto is led by the founders of BetCity.nl, a brand that established a presence following the launch of the regulated Dutch market in 2021 using Bragg’s technology.

The partnership aligns with Finland’s regulatory timeline, with the licence application window scheduled to open in March 2026.

Bragg stated that its platform and tools are being developed to support anticipated Finnish regulatory requirements, including restrictions around marketing and bonuses.

The company is progressing an “AI-first” strategy, with its PAM platform incorporating predictive modelling designed to monitor player behaviour and support compliant engagement strategies.

Bragg will also deliver locally tailored content for the Finnish market through its in-house studios, such as Atomic Slot Lab and Indigo Magic.

Distribution will be managed via the Bragg HUB, allowing certified games to be deployed through a single technical integration, which is intended to streamline market entry.

Commenting on the development, Matevž Mazij, CEO for Bragg Gaming Group, stated: "Securing this PAM and full turnkey solution deal with SuomiVeto is a major strategic milestone for Bragg, establishing a strong position as an iGaming supplier in Finland well ahead of the market's upcoming liberalisation.

“We are focusing our efforts on supporting premier partners in high-growth regulated markets, and Finland represents the next major European opportunity. The fact that the SuomiVeto team is composed of the same successful founders behind BetCity.nl, a success story from the regulation of the Dutch iGaming market and a long-standing Bragg partner, underscores their vision and our platform's proven ability to deliver market-leading results.”

The announcement follows Bragg's recent strategic restructuring, including a 12% workforce reduction announced in January 2026, and partnerships with Golden Whale for AI technology integration and a five-month PAM extension with BetCity through May 2026.

Good to know

Finland is expected to represent a significant opportunity for suppliers and operators once regulation takes effect, with industry estimates suggesting the regulated online casino and sportsbook market could generate between €1.1bn ($1.28bn) and €1.3bn in GGR by 2027
