The Missouri Gaming Commission (MGC) has reported the state’s total casino activity for April 2026, as retail gaming establishments combined to generate $170.9m of revenue, equating to an increase of 1%. 

Revenue stemming from electronic gaming devices (EGDs) increased 5% to $147.6m, but the MGC also reported an 18% decrease in table game revenue to $23.3m. Hybrid tables revenue witnessed a significant decrease of 82% during April 2026 to just $6.3m. 

Despite reporting the highest revenue of any commercial gaming establishment in Missouri, Ameristar St. Charles revenue fell 1% to $26.1m. River City Casino followed with $23.4m of revenue and increased 4%, while Hollywood Casino’s $22.4m revenue equates to growth of 3%.

Ameristar Kansas City and Argosy Casino reported April 2026 revenues of $17.8m and $14.4m, respectively, representing increases of 4% and 7%. Horseshoe St. Louis generated $13.8m of casino revenue and grew 5%, with Harrah’s Kansas City finishing close behind at $13.3m, but decreased 29%. 

Bally’s Kansas City witnessed a decrease in revenue of 5% to $10.6m, while Isle of Capri Boonville managed to grow revenue by 4% to $8.2m. Century Casino Caruthersville reported the highest year-over-year increase of any property for April, rising 38% to $6.6m. 

Century Casino Cape was not far behind the Century Casinos’ property, having increased revenue 32% to $7.2m. St. Jo Frontier reported an April 2026 revenue of just over $4m and increased 1%, while Mark Twain Casino grew revenue 9% to $3.1m. 

On May 6, Maryland Lottery and Gaming reported the state’s total casino revenue for April, as the $172.2m generated represents an increase of 5.9%, as well as the highest single-month result over the first 10 months of fiscal year 2026.

While April set a new monthly high for the fiscal year period, Maryland’s $1.6bn in casino revenue for FY2026 represents a 1.6% decrease year-over-year. Casino gaming contributions to the state totaled $72.5m during April, equating to growth of 2.7%.
