The New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement (DGE) has reported the state’s total gaming activity for April 2026, as casinos, iGaming and sports betting combined to generate $600.8m of revenue, equating to growth of 12%.
iGaming led all verticals with $263.1m of revenue and increased 11.9%, with FanDuel taking home the most revenue of any New Jersey operator after producing $52.9m and rising 11.4%. DraftKings was second with $41.9m, but the operator witnessed a decrease of 10.6% year-over-year.

BetMGM and Borgata reported iGaming revenues of $32.7m and $22.4m, respectively, equating to increases of 10.4% and 7.7%. Caesars Palace managed to grow revenue by 13% to $18.7m, barely eclipsed by Hard Rock Bet which reported $19.5m and increased 68.6%.
BetFanatics witnessed a significant iGaming revenue increase of 114.1% to $15.8m, while BetRivers grew revenue 48.8% to $11.3m. Golden Nugget also increased iGaming revenue, rising 10.8% to just over $11m.
Total casino win in New Jersey increased 11.7% to $235.6m, led by retail slot machines which generated $169.4m and rose 4.4%. Table game revenue in the Garden State managed to increase 35.7% for a total of $66.2m.
Borgata Atlantic City produced the most revenue of any casino property in New Jersey, increasing 14.5% to $67m. Hard Rock produced $45.3m, equating to a rise of 9.1%, while Oceans Casino reported an April 2026 revenue increase of 19.5% to $36.6m.

Caesars managed to grow revenue by 31.9% to $19.3m, including a 138.7% rise in table game revenue to just over $7m. Harrah’s Atlantic City generated $16.5m of revenue and increased 0.9%, followed by Tropicana which grew revenue 1.4% to $16m.
Resorts increased revenue 8.7% to $13.2m, while Bally’s Atlantic City revenue climbed 6.2% to $10.9m. Golden Nugget was the only Atlantic City property to report a decrease in casino win for April 2026, falling 3% to $10.7m.
Sportsbook revenue in New Jersey increased 12.8% to $102.1m, led by online wagering which accounted for $98.9m and rose 12.5%. Retail sports wagering’s $3.3m revenue for April 2026 still equates to 25.6% year-over-year.
FanDuel also led New Jersey operators in online sportsbook revenue, increasing 25% to $39.7m. DraftKings managed to increase online sports betting revenue 15% to $25.8m, while BetFanatics reported a decrease of 30.4% to $9m.
New Jersey Sports Wagering Handle - 2026

BetMGM and bet365 reported April 2026 online sports betting revenues of $8.8m and $7.3m, respectively, equating to increases of 23.5% and 30.4%. New Jersey’s sports wagering revenue increase was generated despite a 6.1% decrease in total betting handle to $934.2m.
On May 6, New Jersey Representative Michael Venezia introduced Assembly Bill 4838 in the hopes of generating additional tax revenue by implementing a 10% surcharge for all wagers placed on the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
AB 4838 would also implement a 2.5% surcharge for certain hotel stays, 3% for the sale of prepared food, soft drinks or alcoholic beverages, 3% on amusement admission charges and a $0.50 surcharge for prearranged rideshares.
