Kaizen Gaming has launched Betano Trivia, describing it as the world's first fully GenAI-powered live trivia experience
The free-to-play product is available across Betano's 20 regulated markets
The launch forms part of Kaizen Gaming's broader strategy to expand its use of AI across customer-facing products

Kaizen Gaming has announced the launch of Betano Trivia, which it describes as the world's first fully generative AI-powered live trivia experience.

Developed by the company's innovation incubator, Kaizen Labs, the free-to-play product combines live entertainment with generative artificial intelligence to deliver an interactive quiz format for Betano customers.

The game is now available across all 20 regulated markets in which Kaizen Gaming operates.

Betano Trivia allows participants to answer questions covering subjects including football, sport, entertainment and popular culture while competing for prizes.

According to Kaizen Gaming, the experience has been built entirely using an AI-driven production ecosystem. This includes an AI-generated presenter, dynamically created questions and supporting audiovisual content, with development carried out internally by cross-functional teams across the business.

Commenting on the launch, George Kourakos, Director of Innovation at Kaizen Gaming, stated: “Betano Trivia demonstrates how AI can be used to create entirely new forms of entertainment and customer engagement. At Kaizen Gaming we never use technology for its own sake.

"We have a clear goal to elevate the world-class gaming experience we offer to our customers. What makes this achievement particularly special is that it was developed entirely
by our internal teams, combining creativity, engineering excellence and a shared passion for innovation across the board.”

The launch continues Kaizen Gaming's wider investment in AI and customer engagement. Earlier this year, the company acquired AI-driven sports trading specialist GameplAI to strengthen its sportsbook capabilities, while Betano recently introduced social betting features in Germany and published proprietary betting insights during the World Cup to increase fan engagement around the tournament.

Betano Trivia was developed entirely in-house by Kaizen Labs, Kaizen Gaming's innovation incubator, without external development partners
